These businesses were successfully exited through strategic sales. They are currently engaged in the lumber and software industries

Extensive involvement in the design, installation, and execution of high-tech projects across a wide range of industrial applications. Specialized in core-sector project execution, management, and operations, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.

With a career spanning over 45 years, Randall has held several senior management positions across the lumber and timber, oil & gas, consulting, electric power, renewable energy, wind energy, and alternative fuels industries.

A seasoned industry professional, Randall brings extensive leadership experience and provides strategic financial oversight, operational guidance, and support to project teams to ensure successful execution and long-term growth.

Karthick Chandrasekaran

President

MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas with over 15 years of experience in renewable energy and manufacturing. Brings extensive expertise in logistics, supply chain management, and operational leadership, with a proven track record of building and scaling organizations. Has managed business operations with responsibility for over $150 million in P&L and currently oversees U.S. operations for group companies in the renewable energy sector.
